My recent visit was, just like my previous visits, an excellent experience. When a problem was discovered with a seal, I was offered an appointment slot and the vehicle was repaired later that week. From the Detailer to the Owner, there is not a single thing I could say anything bad about, at this dealership. They are friendly and courteous while at the same time being professional and knowledgeable in their dealings with customers /clients. I will continue to be a customer of Kokanee Ford.

I would recommend shopping for a new Ford at Kokanee Ford they worked out a fantastic deal for me. Mike really bent over backwards to do all he could for me and made me a happy man. I Love my new 2017 F350 Lariat. With the Ford Family pricing it is a good incentive to purchase my new truck. They also have one of the best Diesel mechanics in the shop, he really knows what he is doing. 1 out of 10 I give them a 10, Thanks again an excellent job. Royce

Drove back from Dallas, TX on Oct 29 and was headed out to Alberta on Nov 1. I called on Monday for an appointment, not expecting much luck, but Garret was able to get me in on Tuesday am for the service. In addition to the scheduled maintenance and winter tire changeover, they found the rear brakes were worn enough to require replacement. The whole thing took only a couple of hours. Another example of the great service and attention to detail that Kokanee Ford has provided over the years I have been getting my Explorer serviced there. Thanks for everything. ps: The snow tires came in very handy in Edmonton
