I ordered Koka's last night and had the boneless cajun caesar wings. I've had kokas before a few times and while the pizza there is very good, the wings absolutely sold me and have me coming back for more! The sauce and seasoning was generously applied and the taste is absolutely incredible. The boneless wings are huge and have a crispy/crunchiness to them. I highly recommend you try them out, I know I certainly will be back. Cajun Caesar for the win!!
Food has always been fairly decent, quality has definitely gone down as of recently and customer service is surprisingly horrible. Will not return. Learn to be nice to your customers.Food: 2/5
Well since I emailed them days ago and they never responded, ill post my email in their reviews.... Did you guys get a new cook? This is the worst food we've ever received from Kokas. I don't want to blast this on fb because we usually have an awesome experience every other time we order. Today it was cold, the deepfried pickles were soggy and in little pieces, the wings were chewy/over cooked, i asked for garlic parm sauce and the were not sauced or very very under sauced, my husband's panzerotti had a hole/blew up in the deep fryer and was full of grease and cold. Super disappointing for a 70$+ order. Also the plastic containers are always going to make hot stuff soggy. Maybe try a paper lined pizza box ‍
Used to order regularly from these guys. Decided to order again after not eating out for a while, got our food delivered the order was wrong, the wings had no sauce on them. Called and the girl ended up hanging up on my boyfriend after him trying to explain the situation so I called back and they said they would send out a new order I would have to pay the difference which is fine but I have to pay a second delivery fee for their mistake. Will not be going here again.
In Chatham for training and decided to go pizza cause well its always good even when its bad I always go to a non big box place to support the little guys and I am so happy I chose this place.!!! I had a nice conversation with a few staff while I waited for my pizza which didn't take long and they were very nice. I loved their pizza it was ammazzing I ate almost a whole small to myself in highly recommend ordering from here when in the area!
We were driving by and ordered pizza. The pizza was cooked well, but we didn't receive proper service. The employee was juggling things while serving us, they didn't have paper dishes or straws paper straws, if not plastic for us. They didn't ask if we wanted a dip or drinks, just wanted us to pay and leave. Next time, I would choose a different place while driving through Chatham.
We have had pizza and wings plenty of times from here. Wings have always been excellent. Pizza has always been very good too. Highly recommended.Food: 5/5
Overcharged on pizza price and rude customer service. Called one day to inquire about pizza specials called follwoing day to place an order. Girl rushed me over the phone and wasnt friendly. Will not go back due to customer service. Don't care if pizza is good...if your customer service is awful, you will lose customers.
The pizza is amazing! I always get the pepperoni with double cheese, wings which are finger licking good and 3 pops for $27.99 they are my new pizza place. The pizza is a perfect blend of crispy and doughy, the cause is mild with a hinted kiss of sweet, the wings taste like Pizza Tonite mild wings so thats just a bonus. 10/10Food: 5/5
Went to check it out the other day on a road trip, was super impressed with the amount of cheese and quality of the toppings. great shopFood: 5/5
