Kohler Credit Union

I applied to transfer my loan and all of my accounts from another financial institution on Tuesday, March 1st. I was approved through the website and was told I would receive a phone call with closing information within 48-72 hours. I also received an email with a confirmation number. No phone call and no email for a week and a half. Finally, Thursday March 10th I emailed them again asking where it was at. Now two weeks later since I started this I still have no contact from them. Absolutely ridiculous.

Automated phone system.... Absolutley the worst customer service in teh lending business. 33 minutes on hold out of 40 minutes before anyone answered the phone the first time. The person that answered laughed when I expressed my disappointment. KCU pushes their customer service as what differentiates them from the other lenders. The're right but not in a good way....
