I had a wonderful woman helping me trying to find an outfit for a deceased older woman. I believe her name was Laura O. Unbelievable, went above and beyond to help me. If only you could find customer service like that in other stores!I wish that I could give you more star's!!! Thank you!
I think it's crazy that when you go to return something that has never been opened and you paid well over 50.00 for it and it comes up on your rewards that you cant return cause it over 6 months old. I could see if it was open, but it wasn't... so i had to do a non receipt and only got 11. Smh, maybe should change that rule when it's brand new...
Went in last night to exchange some pants for my son. I had the receipt and it was only 3 days prior that we bought the pants but he did remove the tags. I told him not to do this in the future. When we went to customer service I let the lady know that he removed the tag and she decided she needed to lecture my son on not taking the tags off. When I come back up to the line there was an elderly lady in front of me and when she went up to that same lady, the lady got on her radio and asked where the other girl who was helping at customer service went because she wanted a break to get "a little me time". The other girl waited on us but overhearing the customer service lady is really loud the elderly lady getting treated poorly, I decided I wouldn't shop at this location anymore. She scolded the lady for being disorganized with her wallet and told her that there was a certain place for her driver's license and she should use it. My kids and I have never been so disgusted by anyone in customer service.

Kohl's is still as Good as It ever was and thank goodness for the Amazon return setup they have in there
I was looking for pants,lost in the men's department.I ran into Tara and asked for some help.Tara went above and beyond ,she helped me figure out my size went through several style dress pants.Tara went in back to check to see if there were more of the pants I chose.I feel this was a rare encounter in which an employee really showed some serious work ethic and some true people skills.Tara is the reason I will return to the Enfield Kohl's. They're doing away with their jewelry so I got a feeling that they might be getting ready to close because the store is changing a lot
Great selection. Just needed more staff to be 5 star. Couldn't find help and long check out line.
It was a nice quiet shopping experience for I at 8pm...Also at checkout time the cashier was NOT pushy with The Store Card
