Koffee Kup Bakery

They always have old pastries, bread is never fresh baked the same day, the place is always dirty and my GOOD friend brought a cake recently and there was a roach baked in the batter.. I've heard of them having roaches but this gone to far, when will they be SHUT DOWN ALREADY??!!!!

I went to Koffe Kup Bakery and bought a Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Butter Cream Frosting and ordered a Birthday Cake. They did a Beautiful job with both cake decorations. The cakes were freshly made and delicious too.

Koffee Kup is so disappointing nowadays. I have been going here for over 18 YEARS!!!! I went in for cupcakes and I asked if they were fresh and they said they were ... I leave out with them and they are HARD AS A ROCK. I went back in for my money and they gave me a really hard time and had very bad attitudes. I only got half of my money back and not only did they refuse to give me the rest of my money, all of them were very rude, and had racist slurs to say to me!! I will NEVER be going back there and I suggest you go somewhere where your money and kindness is valued!!!!!!!!!!

I love this place so much and all the people how send bad reports about this place are jerks and don't know what there talking about me and my peep go to savers and then the bakery some tines just the bakery it is the best bakery EVER!!!!!!!!!😄😄😄😄😄😄😻😻😻😺😺😺😺😸😸😸💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖

Very disappointed and embarrassed with the cake they recently did for my daughter's birthday. Taste was great but the colors they used on the unicorn cake they used looked like puke, As if the decorator didn't know how to mix colors. Im not sure why they used the colors they did when I sent them the picture twice since they lost it the first time I sent it. Even if you didnt have a picture, when you think of unicorns you think pastels or bright pink, teal, blues,purples. A quick Google search would have helped you if you didn't want to use my pic. I got mostly puke orange almost brown, dark blue, dark purple ect. 100 people saw how ugly it was and at pick up my mother picked it up and brought it by she was surprised i picked such ugly colors when i explained i didn't it was clear to me that it was not a pretty cake and noticable. It was too late to do anything since my party was starting in a half hour. I has to display and serve the VERY ugly expensive cake. Very dissapointed, I won't go back, too many new bakeries that taste delicious and really care about their customer wants to be that embarrassed again. Wish I could attach pic.
