If I could rate the company and their products with half a star, I would do so. I have purchased several pillows from this company and have not been satisfied with any of them. When asked if they could be exchanged I was told pillows are final sale. You would think that a company like this would treat their customers better, never mind a former employee!!!!

I purchased a set of organic sheets from these folks on clearance from their website at around $60 (still on the expensive side for sheets). I washed them immediately before use and discover that there were several tears in the fabric, much to my dismay. Upon contacting their CS department I was told that clearance items are final sale - they could offer me no other information or apologies as to why this might have happened or why they would even sell such a defective product (on clearance or not) on their website knowing that there was an issue with the quality. This is not the way to create a satisfied/repeat customer. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed. My first impression is that they are less than reputable and I will not recommend nor purchase anything from them again.
