Koch's Hardware Hank

They are always extremely helpful, almost too helpful at times. You will be asked multiple times if your finding things okay. When you do ask for help they always seem pretty knowledgeable.

The Best Hardware store I've ever had the pleasure to use. The "paint lady " is awesome, the full time employees have a pretty comprehensive knowledge of the inventory, the part-timers are obviously istructed in the ways of customer service (importantly, findind an answer or extra help if needed), hours are ample, check out smooth, clean, trusting, and quality selections of brands for pro, diy, and amatuers. Being a rural store competing with Big Boxes within 20-30 miles, any small town premiums on tools, equipment, and or specialty items is still competitive enough that I'm more than happy to keep my money local. Hands down.
