This is one of the best Japanese Sushi restaurants that I like to visit. Always give you fresh fish and nice dessert . A real Japanese Cuisine that is owned and run by Japanese. Please check their opening hours. Now they only open for dinner in the evening .

First time here. Traditional and authentic Japanese cuisine - the black cod, sunomono seafood salad, hokkai hotate yaki along with sushi rolls was incredible. Thanks for a nice dinner.

Service excellent. The seafood and avocado salad was fresh and delicious. The miso soup is sold separately but it’s worth it.
Good quality food. Small portions, but not overpriced. Will return as my wife is a fan. Interior is basic. It's about fresh, authentic I believe, my wife is Korean and we are pretty sure chef was Japanese food. It's not fancy. You don't leave overly full. That's good sometimes. You leave feeling good.
Kobo is on my list for top 5 favourite restaurants. The beef sukiyaki udon, garden salad and tempura is my go to order at least once a week. If you are looking for traditional delicious Japanese food I would definitely recommend this place…one of the best!
I feel so fortunate to have such an authentic sushi restaurant in Pickering owned by a lovely family. We have tried several items on the menu and have found them all to be delicious and fresh. The service is always excellent as well whether we dined in or had takeout.
