We had the best experience with Anne Sangaraganesan for our daughter's RESP. She is very knowledgeable and responded fast to all the questions we had. She had gone above and beyond to walk us through the whole process. Now my daughter is going to university. We put an online request for withdrawal and the money was in our account within 24 hours. I highly recommend her for help.

If it wasn't for the rep we were assigned - Karen Gerson - we would not have stayed with Knowledge First Financial!!  She has been there with our stupid questions, her expertise and her commitment to her clients.  It does not matter if 5- 10 years or more have passed, she remembers us!  So many companies have gone to on-line support but frankly we even found the KFF site was not able to answer questions we had.  In a world where every $ counts for our children, customers need personal support not automated responses or on-line representatives that you can call that will only have the basic knowledge and are mechanical with the rules in place and will not dig deeper to help a customer. Our point is RESPs are usually entered into when your child is born then you just contribute and hope when your child gets to the post secondary level you will have NO stress accessing the funds when needed, etc.  Life happens and changes happen, we need expertise to maneuver through.  Our children are our most precious commitment and to have the personal service that Karen has continuously provided is the reason we stayed and endorse KFF!  The customer service Karen has provided goes far beyond the sales level.

Karen Gerson is our sales rep and she is fantastic.  She is efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable!  I highly recommend Karen is you are looking to invest in an RESP!

Should be called "Profit First Financial".  Your RESP contributions may be eligible for "free" government grants, but they are basically subsidizing banks and big business as usual.  Your hard-earned savings for your child/children may take a loss, like in 2022, so your investment is a gamble with no guarantees.

Anne is so friendly, easy to approach person. She explained everything when I supposed to know. She is so professional with smile face. I am so pleased to dealing with her. I also appreciate her great help to join in RESP to my grandson.

We have had the best experience with Karen. She helped us every step of the way and we are very grateful for all of her help.

We have been with KFF for about 20 years. My youngest is just in her first year of university and we are so thankful of the RESP investment. In particular, the support given from KFF, answering questions, helping us make decisions about investing and the process to take out our RESPs for our kids, when they went to post secondary education. Thank you Karen Gerson!  I have been doing business with Karen since 2002 and she has always  been there for me.  She has always answered my calls and answered my questions about my three kids RESP investments.  I much rather speak with Karen over the phone than use any sort of internet application. From our first encounter 18 years ago, Brenda Ramos has been patient, informative and knowledgeable.  She has always been available to us throughout the years with any questions or concerns we have had.  We recently withdrew the first funds from our son's RESP account and we couldn't have been more pleased at the accumulated grants and interest!!  We are so grateful to have Brenda as our KFF rep and glad our children's financial educational futures are in her hands!

Many years ago we took out plans for each of our 3 grandchildren. Each of them has now been through or entered the post secondary education system. It has been terrific to have the additional support of these funds which have grown over the years to almost provide tuition at least for the 1st one so far, who has just completed his 4 year degree. Our agent Karen G has been consistently available and supportive... helpful with any questions we had. As well, over the years the plans have become very flexible so that the funds can be used to support a wide variety of educational pursuits and can also be transferred between siblings. A huge plus in our experience.
