Kim did a wonderful job helping me find a new style and fine tuning it to suit my tastes and my thick hair.  She provided advice, friendly conversation, and took care of donating my hair to the Cancer Society as well.  I would recommend Kim for a great hair cut experience.

I would like to thank Kim for her time and Knotty Nellys for their very generous policy about free hair cuts for hair donations to the Cancer Society (8" and longer cut off).  I was able to get a great hair cut, save a bit of money, and help someone battling cancer; thank you for giving back to the community Knotty Nellys :)

Took my daughter in for a dye job took them 2.5 hrs the ladie that did the work did a good job coloring looked good and a inch trimmed off the bottom. The rough uninviting owner literally  pushed  the person who did all the work ( she was only going to charge for 2 hrs) out of the way of the till when we were done and charged me for 3 hrs we were there 2.5. Majority of the time my daughter sat there with the stuff in her hair  (so stylist was free to read a book or cutt someone elses hair for at least 1.5 hrs) it cost me $180 not impressed

I was so unimpressed with the service, the nonchalant greedy attitudes.  The whole place has a bad vibe.  If you do decide to get a service from here, you need to first discuss price and what exactly it includes.  The cleanliness of the shop is questionable as well.  I can't believe a well known radio person here in town publicly endorses this place.
