Knight Archer Insurance

I have been with Knight Archer for almost 15 years, mostly visiting the Rochdale branch and rarely at Victoria. It's my second time visiting a new branch at Gordon. I am thinking why I visited. Staff really need training for being good customer service. Hight pitch tone, arguing with people, talking like in front of them, and don't know anything. Laughing on customer, now I am deciding not to visit the same location.

I was there helping new family to get their Sask Id, Representative Preet went above and beyond giving his Top Notch customer service. Thanks again Preet!!

They're great if you can go in person, but if you try calling them you more often than not end up with the phone ringing for 5 minutes before disconnecting.

It's just amazing to be with Tannis Carr she is being so helpful polite and professional .I want to thank her for all the help guidance patience and her time.nGod bless you

No one cares to answer their phone! I Will move all our insurance to a different company.. its not the first time this has happened.
