This is an amazing bakery and coffee shop and cafe. It has become my go to place for meeting friends. Great atmosphere, delicious food and warm and friendly staff. They just started offering locally sourced dinners two days a month. We had the opportunity to enjoy one of them the other night. What a wonderful experience! The chefs are all such artists and it is like watching a lovely musical score as they work together. It was truly magical and delicious.
$18 for a ham sandwich. Bread, ham and cornichons. Oh and some butter and they added horseradish. It’s not the price… it’s just not very good, for the price. The bread isn’t that great. Too many cornichons. Horseradish and ham aren’t the best bedfellows - a strong mustard would be better. It’s just blah with no flavor. Plus their wholewheat croissant? It’s just a big NO. Heathens. Never again.
Adorable but the iced coffee tastes like dirty water and looks the color of light iced tea. And, no vegan options, not even the bagels. Would love to try this place again if they add a vegan pastry or anything.
Coffee shop/bakery located across the street from Suagatuck river. Cute spot with a decent amount of seating and a few outdoor tables. Coffee didn't knock my socks off but good 4/5. A small selection of baked goods, what I tried was good. Grab a few things and go sit by the water across the street and have a nice morning for yourself
Expensive but great experience. Turkey sandwich was very fresh, great flavor, and the baguette was nice and crispy. Excellent sandwich, soup was tasty but heavy.
Outstanding, whole grain baked goods and other unique dishes for breakfast and lunch. Excellent coffee drinks. Nice venue for a relaxing meal. Very expensive but worth it.
Farm to table, locally sourced, delicious food & drinks. Customer service is incredible. Their dinner series was unforgettable! Highly recommend!
FINALLY- I've been searching for a place like this in CT. Incredible sandwiches, baked goods, attention to detail, integrity, care and love put into each morsel of food! I typically go to Dolce Cafe in Norwalk for pastries esp the croissants however, this is a close tie. Love this chef-driven spot. Coffee is OK.
This was great! We went on Monday morning, 7:45 AM. They had amazing food! We got a black raspberry muffin and coffee. Great bakery, and I'm glad it's a 3-minute walk away!
Best coffee, pastries and breakfast sandwiches in the area by far. Brunch and lunch are amazing. Soups are what you’d expect in a 5 star restaurant. Staff hustles with smiles on
