They saved me! They delivered a great anniversay bouquet to my wife with very little notice. They looked great. My wife loved them.

My grandparents paid $175 for a funeral arrangement for their son that was supposed to be mostly roses and got lilies, carnations, sunflowers, snapdragons and 5 roses. When the owner, April, was questioned she denied knowing that it was supposed to be roses. When she was called out on the lie April changed her story and said she was running low on flowers. Luckily we took a picture and our local florist who wired the order confronted her about the size as well. April refused to refund any money or to own up to her mistakes. I strongly recommend to stay away from Klumpp's. They'll take your money and run. Our local florist is making it up to us even though she wasn't the one to blame. My grandma was so upset about the mistake that she cried. When you have to bury your son, you shouldn't have to worry about whether or not you'll get the right flowers. Do not go to Klumpp's!!!!
