Best Hidden Gem of Toronto Pearson Airport Terminal 3. I thought Lounges are just for the business class people and Vips but turns out with certain credict card you can get to enter different lounges for free as perks. The interior looks really modern and the view of the city is superb. Plus a lot of varities of food options for vegetarians but kinda misses more vegan options tho. By the way, the Bar is Unlimited which is the best part of this lounge.  And The staff were very polite and friendly and ask us what else they can help us with.  I cant express how we had a great experience in this lounge, Imagine starting your vacation with rose and prosecco! And did i mention they serve David’s Tea with lots of options to pick from. Definitely a good visit before my travel back home

Not great. A staff person serves guests from the buffet. She did not know the ingredients of the items vegan or not?; only said they can’t deal with allergies. The salad’s iceberg lettuce appeared to have been frozen and thawed. The bar had no rosé wine and no tomato juice only Clamato. No trays. Later, three hot items were available, nothing vegan harvest tomato soup had milk. Lounge was quite well populated at 5 pm on a September Wednesday. WiFi is good. The TV was not turned on could have been displaying the news with subtitles, no sound. No soap in the ladies' room dispensers. The staff are working hard; maybe there's just not enough of them. They announce Air France and presumably KLM departures but not other airlines’.

Very nicely designed lounge with comfortable chairs to relax and large desks areas to work. Internet is slow, 2 Mbps down, less than 1 up. Food is buffet but served to you. No showers but clean restroom.  Nice place to relax while you wait for your flight and watch the plane take off and land.

2022.02.12 The airport and lounge are much better. Outlets open. Mire people travelling.  2020.10.27. The lounge at Toronto airport was empty. Only 6 people. They served salads, tapas style food, all kinds of drinks, and dessert. Sad to see the lounge in this way knowing that it used to be packed. They are taking precautions measures to ensure that the lounge is open and safe to visit.

Lounge is a little dated but serves the function. They serve hot and cold food but limited in choice. Internet connection was good. There was no one sitting in the VIP area. While the drinks are all free, note you are limited to only 3 alcoholic drinks, so after 3 glasses of wine your done for the day. Soft drinks are endless. We had a 3 hour layover so I paid for the use of the KLM lounge which did not mention any restrictions on alcohol consumption. Alcohol is served by a bar tender who keeps a tab of your drinks!! Little disappointed in that we a long flight to continue our journey so would have been nice to have had an extra drink to calm the nerves for the rest of our trip.

Truly the worst lounge experience I have ever had. This is a lounge for passengers paying a premium on what are considered to be premium airlines. The cost cutting has made this lounge a place to avoid. The food is bland and tasteless with very few options available. While most other lounges in the world have moved on past covid restrictions, this one still has protective barriers up with no option of self serve food and beverages. The lounge itself is in poor condition with dirty carpets and seat fabric. The lounge staff are friendly and you really cannot blame them for the poor experience.

This is a decent lounge with lots of seating space, but also nothing exceptional after the Ottawa lounge. The free coffee was nice. There were a ton of people but thankfully a lot of space as well. It took me a while to figure out how to actually enter the lounge you need to take the elevator.  Honestly the waiting area at the Toronto Airport is nice enough that the lounge didn't seem like much of an upgrade. I'll likely just wait downstairs next time.

Quiet, serene and civilized.  Chicken cacciatore and pizza for the hot entree.   A variety of dip, hummus, red pepper and guacamole served with pita and nacho chips.  Champagne, wine, beer and soft drinks. Fresh hot cookies and pleasant staff.

Lovely spade. Could do better with the food. Great helpful friendly staff. But the charging outlets virtually all out of order which defeats one of the joys of travel lounging

Nice and peaceful place. Their hot chocolate was to die for. There was good reception and the wifi coverage. No noise, just peace even though we were alot there
