I have been with Kler for about a year. The staff and dentists here have been super helpful with my implant and considerate of the expense and payment. The hygienist is friendly and the office staff are very helpful in reminding us of appointments etc. Appreciate the friendly help and expertise.

Dr Kler is great! I have an extreme fear of needles and he put me at complete ease and I didn't feel a thing!

I went here to investigate a problematic tooth, turned out I needed a root canal. When the dentist described the procedure, it was explained that I would need a root canal, filling, and crown. All of which would be completed at different times because of healing downtime. At the end of the consultation with the dentist I agree'd to proceed and he told me the front desk would provide the costs. I received a single estimate of $1010. I agree'd and booked the procedure. The day before the procedure I received a reminder call, during which time I inquired more about the cost. I said exactly " The appointment is broken down into 3 procedures correct?" And the receptionist said "Yes". I then asked if I had to pay upfront for the entire process, her reply was " Tomorrow is the root canal that's $1010, then the filling will be 2-3 weeks later...". Here I asked if the entire procedure was $1010, and was told once again that I would need a filling and then crown... Without being provided any costs once more. Appeared as though my questions had been brushed aside. Upon furthering inquiring I was told that the root canal cost $1010 itself... When I asked why I was not quoted for the entire procedure I got the reply, "but that's just want you are having tomorrow, that's all you're having tomorrow is the root canal". Great... Thanks. Tomorrow I would had spent $1010 on a root canal; being under the impression that the cost was encompassing the entire procedure. The receptionist was acting defensive regarding their delivery of pricing, which really makes me feel that I was mislead. Never did I say that I wanted just a root canal without any filling.... Does that make any sense? The dentist explained to me the steps and I agree'd to the entire procedure without hesitation. Even the receptionist herself acknowledged at the beginning of the phone conversation that I would have to return in 2-3 weeks after the root canal for the filling. I wonder, what impression did I give that would lead anyone to believe I would not be getting a filling after my tooth has been drilled into? I do not understand why I was given only the root canal price and expected to inquire the rest on my own. I looked at my quote again in hope of figuring out this mishap; all it says for $1010 is : Endodontic services 33131 Tooth 27. I asked to be emailed the remaining quotes... Upon receiving I learned that it would cost me over $2100 with Kler Dental for a root canal, filling and cap .I pulled out of the appointment, inquired elsewhere and was quoted a lot less. This experience has been more painful than my problematic tooth.
