Kits Laundromat & Dry Cleaning

Normally I don't like leaving bad reviews, but my gosh. Most machine dont work, no one was there too help was there at 9am and left at 10am with not even half my laundry done. Its expensive too £8.50 for large wash and £5.50 for small. Most the machines don't work. Trust me when i say Tile Cross launderette is by far the better option. Large wash £5.00. Small wash £4.00. The lady's here are so helpful too.

Not particularly fond of the man who runs the shop due to his attitude. Every time that we have gone there he’s always saying we’re closed. His timings on Google are not correct. Just been there at 3pm and we’ve had to find somewhere else as he exclaims he’s closed. If you’re going to be closed I would suggest locking your doors!! Honestly save your time and money and go somewhere nice. Plenty more laundry places around.

Zero stars if I could give. The guy always says it’s close even if you go 3:00 in afternoon and wants people to request him. He said “be nice to me then I will let you do the laundry/drying” I noticed few times that he says it’s closed but then I would request him but today I went to 03:00 and still he said I’m closing hence I’m writing this review.

If I could give 0 I would. The manager was disrespectful and abused at us when we put the wash on at 4. Told us it was closing at 5 even though online and all signs say 6. Never spoke nicely and refuse to give owner details. Would never come back again.

Times are wrong, the staff member isn't the nicest or most helpful. Won't use this place again.

Good laundrette. Very helpful man working in there . Friendly service and the place is clean.

Hot wash that didn't get hot half the machines out of order much better places around where the owners care about the business

I usually go to use the tumble dryers, the dryers are reasonably priced and dry very efficiently.

The lady that works there is really polite and helpful. Good place when your washing machine is broken.
