cute cafe on Cornwall! they’ve decorated it really nice w a wall library, monthly events, and an indoor swing. I loved my iced latte w honey! Good for its price too : My friend ordered a double espresso shot and said it was a bit sour so he didn’t really like it. Cute place though, would recommend :
Cute spot and only a couple blocks from the beach. Good amount of seating indoor and out, and the visual appeal of the place is great! Also better priced than some of the other options along Cornwall the street along the beach.
Absolutely beautiful store, inside and out. Great spot for photo too. The swing inside is too cute. Coffee is average, staff is friendly. Nice spot to chill out.
Every time I take the bus down Cornwall Ave I notice Kits Beach Coffee. It’s hard to miss. There’s just something about the corner street location, the architecture, the colors, the contrast…that looks so cool. Even in the winter with bare tress and empty streets, Kits Coffee looks cool. I think it’s because I’m a photographer so I’m visually biased. I guess we all have our own criteria for the perfect coffee shop. Luckily in Vancouver we have an abundance of choice, so there is a coffee shop for everyone. I finally got tired of taking pictures of Kits Coffee from the bus window and went to check this place out. It was a cold, winter day and of course it was just my luck that there wasn’t any seating available inside. The place is popular so it was full, which makes perfect sense. It’s not a big coffee shop, but that makes it cozy, and the staff are nice. Big bright windows, interesting art on the walls, and they have their own merch. The place has a very lived in feel to it. Very homey. I got a coffee and croissant and went outside where there is ample seating. There were some die-hard customers outside on the benches who were having a full-on meal. And they seemed perfectly happy. These are the type of customers that every coffee shop needs to survive. I only lasted about five minutes in the cold and then I had to go. I can walk all day in the cold, but I’m not good at sitting in it. Kid-friendliness: There were kids in the coffee shop, and they seemed very happy.
Decent coffee but overpriced. They use medium-light roast from Mexican by Habitat Coffee in North Van for espresso which has a very nice aftertaste, but it also tastes a bit dull and acidic at first… Very friendly staff.
My new favorite café by kits beach. Super cozy full of good peaceful vibes. The comfy swing was handmade by the owner’s grandma. Looking forward to returning soon!
Lovely place to chill out and grab a cup of coffee and a bite to eat it’s a great location too about 2 minutes from kits beach I got 2 mochas, a pain au chooclat and a choclate banana muffin all went down a treat I love the new look to the place the whole ambiance was on point defo recommend stopping in and checking it out
Lovely local business making delicious drinks and cookies. I'd highly encourage you to come down here when at Kits Beach - cheers!
Fantastic experience! The cafe has great vibes and the service was exceptional. We tried out their new breakfast sandwiches, the Veggie and the Pulled Pork, and were huge fans! Delicious! I also got a vanilla latte with oat milk that was perfectly done, not too hot and not too sweet! I’d highly recommend Kits Beach Coffee to anyone looking for delicious coffee and a great bite to eat!
Great coffee. Really on point baked goods, the textures in the scone were very distinctive. The atmosphere was the right amount of chill, cosy and busy.Food: 5/5
