Their new burger was great, a nice mix of saltiness and sweetness. Bread nice and fluffy. Fries could've been better, I guess they were done a lot earlier than the burgers. Service was excellent, Sam made sure everything was going well. Decor felt a little undecided in what kind of atmosphere the place wanted to be. All in all, was a good experience!
Great staff fair food as the level of seasoning is inconsistent with the various entrees. The use of boxed mashed potatoes and Lipton French onion soup mix doesn’t bode well for the prices being charged.
A plain diner style coffee was $5 which is more than Starbucks and dunkin.. definitely over priced. The hollandaise sauce was old and dried up. It congealed like fat, not creamy and pretty gross. Not worth how much money it is..
$10 tiny milk shakes that don't come in the same size each time. There's allegedly only one size, but we ordered 3 shakes, and one came large, and the other 2 laughably small. No exploitation or refund offered. Just like everything else around here, they lean heavily on their excellent service workers to carry the whole place. The food is fine, but the prices are silly.
Barbie!! Great bartender, even though she's a waitress, she filled in perfectly with her awesome personality! Two older gentlemen took over at change over, and they were just as nice. Very helpful for 8 out of towners looking for things to do. We've been here several times, and each visit tops the others. So much for the kids to do while you enjoy their bar service!
Not sure I understand the negative reviews. Food was fresh and well prepared. Service was awesome - our waitress was wonderful! 4/5 - mostly subtracted for the pricing, which I’m guessing is out of control of the staff and kitchen.
Service was HORRIBLE and needs better customer service training. Food was not terrible. KARYN was bothered from the moment we entered which dampened our AMAZING spa experience. She was extremely passive aggressive & insulting We will NEVER be coming back to this Restaurant ever & will spread the word .
My fiancé and I had a great dining experience at Kites! We thought the food was excellent and the portions were generous. The staff was very conscientious and accommodating to my dietary restrictions as well, which I very much appreciate.
Very dissatisfied! The breakfast menu looked good but when we got there it was only a very sad $30 buffet!! Management said when occupancy is high they only do buffet. Where is that on your website? By the way the restaurant was half empty. Unacceptable to mislead customers this way.
Food was pretty good, but the place was playing terrible elevator music and looked really rundown. There were flys everywhere indoors. The restaurant was empty and it took, no joke, an hour to get our food. Our server was not friendly and not around.
