I tend to stop by when I’m in the area, since it’s conveniently located in a series of surrounding plazas with other businesses. This location is perhaps the largest I’ve shopped at. During the pandemic, when I had to pick up my orders at the front entrance, the staff were quite dismissive and rude, but I’m happy to see improvements since then! I picked up some items as a gift for a couple, but also placed an online order, which arrived quickly. When I have to do a return, it’s easy and uncomplicated. It would be great though, if they offered the 20% discount online for loyal customers, instead of new ones.
Great store, well organized. Amanda was very helpful, she noticed I had a lot in my cart and offered to take my items to prepackage them, that way I can continue to shop & quickly check out. Went above & beyond, will surely be back!
This store is a Canadian classic that always carries a large variety of nice and quality houseware items for an affordable price. They usually have a seasonal section in the front of the store where you can find many discounts and novelties. The store is very clean and organized, very well lit and ventilated. Shopping experience is very nice! Staff is friendly too.

Things are good. But cashier was not good. Her way of talking I really feel bad. I plan to return all stuffs I bought over there. When I ask regarding new subscribers discount her behaviour really really worst. I don’t like that store because of that lady.

The Kitchen Stuff Plus here is amazing. This store will forever be my go to store for kitchenware, among other things. I always love the selection they carry and the staff are always so friendly and willing to assist. I tend to go later on in the day and I never seem to experience a busy time.
The ladies working in this store are amazing but the rules of the store are very bad and useless
