Kitchen Sink features an eclectic mix of global and family influenced dishes, blending local ingredients with modern techniques. We like to put our spin on the classics, while pushing to create new ones. Farm to table isn’t a catch phrase for us, it's a reality. We feature produce from our own family farm and work hard everyday to get as many ingredients from the beautiful Hudson Valley as we possibly can.

Trust me, this is the best restaurant in Beacon. The head chef experiments with flavors you would never know worked together until he gets a hold of them. No matter how iffy a food item sounds, he always puts them together in a way that is amazing. I've been here 5+ times and only once was I disappointed (scallop pot pie that was rightly removed from the menu, but not all experimenting will be perfect) The menu changes often but a few of the safe favorites stay. I personally have found that he takes horseradish and dill and changes the way it's incorporated into a dish, from steak to salad. I try to chase this around because it's so good. Beer and wine selection is excellent. Service is friendly and accommodating. Coffee is French pressed for you right on the spot. Come here.. you won't be disappointed. If you want more casual fare with a late night bar go across the street to his burger restaurant Meyer's Old Dutch.

We were greeted by a server who did not look very happy or interested to see us on a Sunday evening. Once seated we had to wait for a good five minutes to be acknowledged again and given menus. My friend ordered the lamb stuffed eggplant which she had to send back because it tasted like salt was the main ingredient. While the rest of us ate our dishes (brisket grilled cheese and crispy chicken - both of which were only mediocre), our friend had to wait 20 minutes for a new dish to come out. I ordered a glass of wine with my meal which was good, but was never approached again to order another glass which I happily would have done. Overall service was not good. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Good service and excellent food. Impressive variety of innovative dishes along with more traditional fare. All the food and drink is locally sourced as well. If you're ever in the area definitely worth stopping by!

Really good experience! The staff was knowledgeable. The food was delicious and they serve locally made beer, cider and wine.

this is one of my favorite restaurants — every time we have come to the area, we return here! the service is outstanding — friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, but not overbearing. the quality the food is excellent and the portions, though not necessarily large, are filling. i will continue to come back here, because this is truly a great restaurant.
