Always friendly and helpful staff when you walk in.nThis time, I walked in 5 minutes before closing with a tick I couldn't get out of my back on my own. The pharmacist helped me right away to pull it out and gave me the sample to take to thenMedicenter in the morning for doxicyclene.nI love how helpful they always are.

Terrible! The kid in pharmacy was rude and not helpful at all. I was shorted 3 pills and he actually accused me of lying about it! Then hung up on me! I want him fired!!

Didn't fill my prescription for 4 days since the doctor sent it in because they didn't have my insurance on file. The option to pay out of pocket exists so not filling a prescription because there isn't insurance on file makes no sense. You can always restock the medication if the patient can't or doesn't pick it up, admittedly a slight inconvenience on the part of the business. But far less than the inconvenience inflicted on the customer who drove to your location only to be told the best you can do is an hour and a half, 4 days after it was put in. And please don't suggest I call, because I've tried that and waited on hold for over 15 minutes before so I might as well drive there at that point. Also you quoted me the non-insurance price of my medication at the counter and insisted you were right and even said the doctor doesn't know what insurance does or doesn't cover before admitting that, no, you were wrong, there was $0 copay. I hope that future experiences will lead to me improving my review, but for now all I can say is I'm very disappointed and I'm glad I can still go to Cornerstone for all of my other pharmacy needs. Needed to add, the convenience store side of the business is great, great staff, great selection. But unfortunately the business is a pharmacy first and a convenience store second so I'm rating them on my experience with their pharmacy.nnI went the other day and had a much smoother and better experience so I came on here to update my review, only to see that Kinney created a duplicate business profile on Google presumably to start fresh since their former reviews averaged 2.5/5 stars. I think that is a very deceptive business practice and certainly doesn't make me feel like Kinney cares at all about what their customers think.

The staff are extremely rude- and it seems they TRY to be as unhelpful as humanly possible. I don’t get it. So unfortunate for a small community to have this pharmacy. And from reading other reviews it’s not just me, this has been going on for years. I am transferring my prescription- why do business with a company where you have to deal with blatant disrespect and what appears to be incompetence. Sad and frustrating.

Choose a different pharmacy even if it means go 30 minutes away. My medication is never ready when it it supposed be and it’s medication I need to take everyday one of the ones that say don’t stop taking abruptly. Yesterday my doctor sent it in and today I’m supposed to pick it up and I’m told I can get it until tomorrow at 3pm that’s 2 days without my medication. Another one of my medications they kept telling me they didn’t get authorization for 3 weeks they told me this. I went to my doctor and she said that makes no sense here is the authorization from your insurance dated 2 weeks ago! Horrible horrible service they don’t care about people it’s really sad
