Oof, after this visit to this Kinjo tonight this is definitely the last.nnPortion sizes suck. The quality is bad. They don't follow restrictions ordered something with no mushrooms; got a TON of mushrooms. My salmon rolls and sashimi salmon sushi had awful textures and taste. My egg sushi had an off taste as well. They also changed the recipe to the potato croquette yet failed to update their menus or tell us prior to ordering.nnThe dude handing out food I think his name is Junior based on the name tag served us with the worst attitude like bro didn't want to be there. Lethargic and grumpy. I get it, sometimes you don't wanna be at work, but don't show it to us.nnAnd on top of it all, the whole setup makes me so nervous. I've worked in food service before, so I can tell you the layout at this Kinjo is so ALARMINGLY unsafe. You're working with grease and oil, why are employees ducking under the counter every time they have to enter or leave the kitchen area in the middle? I can't imagine the amount of accidents that happened. Not to mention the unsanitary ways they store and place their clean dish ware I've seen staff place clean tubs one the floor to crawl under, kick dirty tubs across to the dish pit.nnGonna keep sticking with Northhill and Westhills locations from now on.
Very disappointed with this place and would never recommend or return to this place. The sushi's are so below average and tastes bad. The most weirdest way of biling based on the plates and the color of the plates. I was for sure tricked and I payed much higher that what we ate.
I love it here. I’ve came like 7 times and every single one has been fascinating. Staff is super friendly, service is quick, the taste is nice, place is clean and organized.nI just love it and recommend it to everyone!
So happy I found this Japanese restaurant! Food, service, and atmosphere Service was wonderful and help is there when needed. Definitely will be back. Thank you.
Food was good but lacked variety in the boats. My salad was warm and they handled it well. Was very satisfied with the service
