One of my favourite spots to get away and relax. Even if there are places closer to me, I still go out of my way as the prive and experience makes all the difference. They also have great food! Spring and fall are my favourite times.
The facilities are great. The staff is mostly good. Everything is clean. Hotel rooms are very large and fully equipped. There are only 3 issues: -the front desk is slow and sometimes you need to just wait there for a simple towel exchange -if you are staying on the site it is very expensive, I get the that room are full sized appartments but you can't even invite friends and it's wasted space. In my opinion it is a quite expensive. -on my last day there, a Friday, it was getting too busy. There was a group that were pretty much hogging the whole non-quiet pool which made it difficult to enjoy it. Those issues aside I would go back again. Note to the admin, the breakfast basket is great but instruction on how to cook the goodies would be cool. We got a container of batter but we didn't know if it was pancake, crepes, waffles? Would also be good to know where the ingredients come from... Are they basic sausages or locally sourced? Etc.
Horrible Service, Horrible Thérapeutique massage, I did not at all appreciated how she touch and did the massage, very very uncomfortable. The place cares least about the customer service, might as well just take the money and don’t provide no service than such pathetic service!
This was such a great stop on our fall road trip from Montreal to Quebec. We loved the spa and the atmosphere there with the outdoor fires and hammocks. We were also very impressed with our dinner and drinks in the restaurant afterwards. I only wish we had booked a room and stayed longer!!

I was in winter.. and the hot top and sauna was a dream to be in... if you get the courage to dip yourself into the freeze water and then go to the sauna for couple times... your winter after will just be a easy season .. the restaurant is another surprise ... excellent flavors to try...
Very surprised with all the amenities in the room. We had multiple food items in the fridge to cook our breakfast because the restaurant was closed due to covid. Nonetheless, room was super clean, room looked very modern and up to date. 100% I would come back when there whole facility is fully open.
Second amazing experience at Kinipi. Everything is easily accessible from the great restaurant to the hotel, to the thermal experience.
Had a great time at this spa with my godmother. Checking in is quite easy and you get your bathrobes and towels right away with your locker key. You do need to bring your own flip flops and water bottle. Everything is clean and well maintained. They have the general pool area and the saunas on the left hand side when you enter and the lockers on the right. Further in the back there is a lounge chair and hammock area which was my favourite, I'm usually not a hammock person but something about those hammocks made me a sleepy baby. It was super relaxing to go from the warm water, the sauna to clear my sinuses, and then just lounging on a hammock and taking a 20 minute nap. You can also get something to eat on their second floor restaurant. I got a tartare and it was really good. Obviously, phones are not allowed so I didn't get any pictures inside. A great spa experience.
Unbelievable and relaxing place. Great landscape. With the price you get the hot pools, sauna, Turk sauna, all the robes and towels you need, locker, shower. Relaxing music. Next time I will spend the weekend instead of just the afternoon... being in the Pool at sunset is very special
