I work for AMA and we ask for Kingsway Towing to help us often with over night calls. From my experience they have been nothing short of amazing! They help us rescue people when our drivers are houred out for the day. Definitely one of the better service providers I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Very friendly, prompt and personable! Our members praise them often as well. It’s so important to support local and we are happy to have them close by! Had my most recent interaction with a lovely gentleman named Matt who had happily answered my questions and was pleasant to deal with. 10/10 would recommend!
I had my car vandalized, which required a full lift. I have a little Suzuki hatchback, so it can be a bit hard to get underneath, being that its so low. Not to mention that its got little plastic pieces everywhere, which love to break when it's cold! My truck operator, Olivier, was nothing short of careful and amazing! He was careful with my car, and parked it beautifully! I wish I had taken a photo, you trailer drivers would be amazed! Thank you for the excellent service both through booking, as well as the tow itself! Very helpful and informative team that really knows their stuff! This is my first experience with Kingsway Towing and I have to say it was a very good first impression! I simply needed my tire pressure checked as my sensors were reading all over the place. Turns out they were out to lunch. Despite the cold weather the gentleman Brian that came was SO kind and friendly. Thanks for the peace of mind!
Paid $210 for a service that was not completed properly. Vehicle dropped off at the wrong location. Wrong name, wrong address. Keys could not be left as there was no Dropbox at this shop. I was not informed that keys could not be left. I was left to track down my vehicle. Contacted Kingsway towing and they were incredibly dismissive. Extremely poor customer service. No offer at compensation. When vehicle was dropped off at the correct location I received no call back from Kingsway as they said they would. The shop informed me that they now had my car. Such mishaps should not happen and customers should be informed of situations where keys cannot be left. No one wants to receive a message saying “your car of keys are not at our shop” Absolutely ridiculousService: Car towing
Someone had my vehicle towed by them out of my own spot in error. It was a new employee I'm told, T's were not crossed and confirmation of the owned spot wasn't done. I had no charges for the mix up tho. Went and picked up my vehicle with no issues. Probably should have been delivered back to me now that I think about it. That's why 3 stars
Had someone parked in my signed private parking stall. Unfortunately for owner of the car I had to call a tow truck. The gentleman that came was very helpful and worked fast to handle the situation. Never had to call a tow truck on someone before and Kingsway towing is a great company with handling these situations!
I'm very impressed with how quick and friendly Kingsway Towing was! They arrived within 30 minutes when other companies were quoting us 3 hours. Thet were also $100 cheaper based on quotes from other local companies.Service: Car towing
First time I have every had to have a vehicle towed. The fellow had to put wheels on it and pull it backwards out of the garage. What a pro and so kind. I would use him again at a drop of a hat. Just sorry I did not get his name. Thank you so much!Service: Special vehicle towing

Got my car stuck at a parking lot after a snowstorm and my battery wouldn't work at all so I left the car at the parking lot overnight and everyone suggested me Kingsway Towing which was such a big help! The waiting time depends but for me they got there earlier than expected and got my car back home without a problem!
