I have just finished a course of skin treatment with Kelly, mostly to address significant issues related to sun damage. I was quite nervous about those treatments, but Kelly Kubas (Medical Care Specialist) quickly gained my trust and confidence, making the whole experience so positive. When looking for skin care practitioner, my priority is finding someone with the skill and knowledge. Kelly has those things in spades, but her genuine interest in her clients and her ability to put one at ease make her pretty darn special.

I put a happy smile in my calendar on the days I'm going to see Kelly Kubas. I know my face is going to be happy when she finishes whatever treatment I'm doing that day. Thanks Kelly for making me look great!

Kingsway Dermatology and Cosmetic is always a great experience from the front desk to the consultation and treatment. The building is conveniently located with parking. The office is clean and the front desk staff are friendly. I've always been seen on time. My consultation with Chi is positive and informative providing an honest evaluation and treatment options. Dr Elena Poulos has a sincere and friendly approach and has addressed many of my skin concerns. She is passionate and wants to help. I am very happy with the treatments I received especially for stubborn, sensitive, sun damaged skin. I had a Halo Laser Treatment with KellyK. She is an excellent technician. She made me feel relaxed and guided me through every part of the treatment keeping me aware of what to expect at every moment during the procedure and after. Kelly is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. She wants to see the best results possible as much as her clients. She was available for questions and concerns even after the treatment. You are in the best hands with Kelly!

I began to see Dr. Poulos in 2012 after having surgery for Melanoma; she came highly recommended by my Surgeon as someone who would perform the necessary yearly skin checks for me. Dr. Poulos has a warm and friendly disposition, and shows a genuine care for my well being each and every time I see her. The clinic follow up on providing biopsy results has always been done in a timely manner and I have never had to call to follow up on my results.

I've been going to the Kingsway Dermatology for 7 years now and always see Dr. Poulos who I just love. I've even brought my daughter in to see her to address some moles that were a concern. Last year I started to see Kelly Kubas for my skin care needs. I believe in aging gracefully, and as someone who is turning 50, I want to do my best to look my best. Kelly has been fantastic in addressing my needs and concerns as well as informing me as to what my options are so I always maintain a youthful and healthy glow. There are so many options on the market today, and I have so much trust and faith in Kelly to put together the right regime and routine for me. I feel like she's my personal skin care coach!!! It truly is Kelly's knowledge and ongoing dedication that keeps me coming back. She always follows up with a text to see how I'm doing after a treatment, if I like the results and just to get my feedback. I remember after I had my first Halo treatment, I was terrified the swelling and redness were going to last forever!!! She would continually assure me it was all part of the healing process and would message me on her weekend off. I always look forward to seeing Kelly for my skin care maintenance and I've learned so much!
