I am extremely disappointed with this place. It is very expensive and the quality of service, food and care as gone down drastically. I understand inflation, but these poor people are eating lunch that's more like a snack. They don't check in with residents that don't show up for their meal, which resulted in a resident missing for two days and they didn't even notice. They need to step it up and start caring about these people again. Big upsell before signing a lease. Lots of talk but that just seems like a sales tactic to me now. Would you want this for lunch? One egg, few slices of cheese and crackers for LUNCH??? That's a snack, not lunch.
What a BEAUTIFUL location. The view from the stunning windows overlooking to pond are lovely. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I love visiting here!
I've never been there but I wanted to say that I hope the psws who were on the internet mocking covid restrictions were FIRED
