Great little mall, in and out really quick. No big crowds and confusing mall layouts like some other places. Shopper's Drug Mart, Liquor Store, flowers from Wynn's, couple mobile services, Buy Low Foods, a Dollar Land if you hate leaving a place empty handed, and more. Convenient location with ample parking.
This is a small community mall - but don't let that fool you - it has some nice anchor stores and some wonderful amenities within. You can usually find what you require here. I always enjoy going there and i always leave with a few purchases from different vendors. :
Kingsgate mall has a certain kind of charm to it. It was quiet today, so it was the perfect time to bring my 2 month old for photos with Santa. Has everything you need in a mall.
.. Location wise it's a clear winner ..!! Very convenient for the neighborhood and the riding public .. the # 99 & #9 bus stops and pick up commuters in this area .. so while waiting for the bus one could actually dash inside the mall for a quick errand .. coffee , medication , lotto tickets etc.. more power ..!
I like the range of stores here but sometimes the mall or parking lot catches on fire. Check mall and fire dept website for hours
This is a very small,quaint mall,but It has most things you need,the grocery store is relatively cheap,home hardware is good for boots, and shoppers is convenient. I like it there
Located on Broadway at the beginning of Kingsway Avenue this mall is convenient to the downtown core. There is a Shopper's Drug Mart, Buy Low Foods, Mark's Work Wearhouse and about a dozen small outlets. This mall is quaint and the prices are still reasonable.
Yesterday I went to this place to do some shopping and when I left, the 3 Indian guards of the mall were outside talking and when they saw me, they started to make fun of my appearance, laughing and staring at me in a very rude way. We are in Canada! A place were I suppose to feel safe and respected. This behaviour is totally unacceptable! I didn’t feel safe or respected in this mall and I definitely not coming again!
Good variety of stores - the anchor stores/tenants in particular, Buy-Low which is soon to be Save-On Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart, BC Liquors, Mark's, and Kingsgate Dental. There's also a dollar store, a curated thrift store, Reitmans, Ardene, Lolli Pretty, a quickie mart that's popular enough that it isn't always quick , and a few cell phone shops. There's this odd little VR laser tag spot that seems popular. I don't play, but there's almost always shrieks and sometimes a line. In the center, there is Chai69 cafe that offers a really wide variety of foods, all freshly prepared while you wait, and honestly everything I've had there so far is great. Even the hot dogs are quality, nothing like those famously shriveled 7-Eleven hot dogs Additionally, there is a little lotto booth where you can also sit and play keno at. It's a popular spot and the guys behind the counter are kind. The only reason I dinged a star off was due to the major shoplifting problems. I work in this mall, and it's frustrating. The security guards however are AWESOME and handle all situations professionally. They all deserve the most praise of anything here If you ever have a problem or spot someone fishy, they are easily located and happy to help.
