Beautiful course in delta, near the sea with well maintained grass. The holes are often placed well enough to see your flag or green, bunker's are absolutely ridiculous but if you avoid them you will be able to do well here even with less skill. Busy busy course so expect to be pushed for pace. We walked it because it was too wet this time of year and that was no issue. Lots of water hazards and fast greens with slopage. Truly a links style course. Would recommend.
Course is in good shape with amazing greens. Over run with mosquitoes. Really should be factored into the cost. Absolutely ruins the experience. Wont return due to the bug situation. Probably should be advertised on site
Fantastic course, but today they had a rude and offensive starter wearing a blue jacket who tried his best to ruin our experience with unwarranted negativity and bullying. Our sober group of 8 seniors played through water-filled fairways on New Year’s Eve and finished in 4:45 and didn’t hold any groups up, yet we were still treated as if we played in 6 hours. We decided to go somewhere else to eat and to book our group at another course next time.
Always such a pleasure to play here ..unless it's windy and rainy ... We have experienced horizontal rain : ... It was rather fun to play in that weather :
Beautiful 18 hole golf course. A challenge for all levels. Tough greens. Looking forward to playing again.
just had a terrible time here. decent shots are punished. bad shots are punished. perfect shots are barely rewarded. fescue is everywhere. bunkers are short. don't hit hit long. for a player of my skill level, which is very bad apparently, this is not a fun course. this is a course for a scratch golfer off any tee box. i won't be coming back i'm simply not good enough
Probably my top course in BC! Buddy brought me here during our visit, fell in love right away! Hidden gem and little drive out of the city but its worth the drive! Course was in great shape and lots of challenging holes!
Went late afternoon on a sunny day. Course was dry and fairways in great shape. Greens were spectacular and very fast. Plenty of sand traps and water in play. Beautiful setting. It was busy, play moved well and the round took just under 4.5 hrs. Great links style course.
This course is beautiful and well maintained but from the first minute we arrived this is the worst golf course I’ve ever been to. The staff that work there need a wake up call. As soon as I arrived I was forced to pay for my entire party in one transaction for no reason. He rudely told me it said on their website as if I was expected to research the entire site before I arrived. Once we were about to tee off, this horrible woman started rudely explaining rules to us and kept telling us to keep up with the group in front of us that was golfing incredibly slow. We were harassed repeatedly throughout our game by this woman and others to keep up and we were not playing slow. We hit our ball into their group twice from the pressure they were giving us. We waited at every tee box to tee off but they still kept harassing us. Finally on hole 17 unfortunately a member had a heart attack on the course and we had no idea. This panicked angry little man drove up and started yelling at us to pick up our ball and move to the next hole. We didn’t know an emergency was happening and we thought it was because he thought we were playing slow. He didn’t communicate an emergency was happening and spoke to us in anger. We are experienced golfers and I myself have worked at multiple golf courses and have never seen this in my whole life. Horrible staff horrible policies earful experience. My girlfriend has not played a lot of golf and thanks to you she’s never going to want to play again because you freak everyone out with your horrible staff. Get a life people and enjoy the game.
Fast undulating greens… well kept fairway and bunkers. Worth the higher price tag. They do have a grass range!
