Great venue.nWe did celebrate my son’s birthday playing Volleyball there and the kids had a blast. Great customer service and staff on site very accommodating with our requests. Definitely we will be back there in the future.
Being responsible for organizing bookings for a large group of people, I can safely say that Kings Court Markham is a great and safe place to do so! The location is managed by great people who take great care in ensuring that customers are both happy and satisfied with their exchange of value! I have seen first hand how they take criticism and suggestions with great openness, which ensures they are constantly improving their experience! Beyond this, I think this is a great place for volleyball, with top tier equipment, and a court that is not undersized like some others. Highly recommend this place. I will for sure be booking this place again in the future!
Booked on Jan 11 for Volleyball, had some minor issues, quickly resolved by the owners. Love the quick response, and communication with my group to resolve the issue. Had a great experience playing volleyball here with my group. Very spacious, clean, and well set up. Will be coming back, I definitely recommend this!!
After having some issues during a previous booking, the owner went above and beyond in rectifying the situation for us and turning it into a positive. The customer service is fantastic and the owner takes great care in making sure clients end up with a positive sentiment towards their experience. So choose this place for your bookings, you’ll be happy that you did :
Booking a court online was easy. The rates were reasonable. You will need to check in at the door first before they send you the pin code for the door. There was no hallway and you need to walk between courts to the back. The men's room was big and they have a water fountain. The main court was good but the other pickleball courts were very tight. I didn't have enough room to serve. There was not much room on the sides too.
