Amazing home cooked meals! My partner and I each had a meal we could barely finish. Amazing homemade ingredients! I highly recommend! Not only was the food delicious the service was super friendly and we can’t wait to go back! Was affordable approx $30 for 2 large meals with coffee, great hidden gem! So good I almost don’t even want to share! Thankful they survived COVID!
Exactly as expected! No better or worse. Restaurant felt clean, and a view into the kitchen proved the same clean. I ordered a cheeseburger-a basic and less expensive menu item-it came to $7 with tax, before tip. I was satisfied. Their daily specials posted pictures by other reviewers seem like a good deal and I will be back to enjoy.

Yes, this place is dated in it's décor, but I challenge you to find a better burger within 50km. Their food is legitimately handmade, their beef is never frozen, and the staff have their burgers down to a science. A trip into the past for how it looks, and a great trip into the past of how burgers at places like this used to taste. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS DUMP! Jun 17/22 I ordered chicken fingers fries and gravy, hot Hamburg fries and gravy, and a Cesar salad. I received everything but the chicken fingers. The restaurant is telling me that $37.29 did not include the price of the chicken fingers.
I had the daily special. Quick service. Hot food and the best damn French Fries in town. Hands down.
First time eating here. Delicious food. Burgers were juicy, but not greasy nor oily. Poutine was fantastic! Chocolate shake was a perfect blend of smooth. We ate inside. Very Clean. Staff were polite and answered all our questions. 100% recommend this place.
Always wanted to try this place and for my first experience to put it simply i wasn't too thrilled with the burger i had. The patty itself was tasteless and their sauce that they use was not my cup of tea, they also put too much of it on the burger. So for the namesake of the place, this was anything but a "king" burger, maybe their other food is better but I'd definitely go elsewhere for a hamburger.
Normally when I'm waiting 20 minutes for my food I would expect it to be good, not today I got a double bacon cheese burger plate the burgers were very small and about as dry a burger could possibly be the wife got a club sandwich which was good but overpriced at 17 dollars
High quality burgers and good portions. A must stop if you are traveling by.Food: 5/5
