Wayne and his staff go above and beyond for you here - I don’t know how Wayne remembers EVERY customer’s name it’s got to be a superpower! but he makes everyone feel special and gives them a personalized experience every time. The clothes always come back in a timely manner, looking and smelling super clean. The prices are very, very affordable and reasonable especially considering it’s on King Street. Alterations, dry-cleaning, everything 10/10 but the real thing that keeps people coming back is the friendly staff.

If you need dry cleaning or alterations done, trust me when I say you should go here! Not only do they treat your garments with the utmost care, they are truly some of the kindest and most caring people you could ask for. Wayne is the most sweetest and kindest soul out there. I always come here to get my coats dry cleaned. I’ve also brought many leather pants, jeans, and pleated pants to get hemmed and taken in at the waist. Really stunning job they job!! I highly reco you will not be disappointed xx

This shop is owned and ran by the kindest man named Wayne. He has a pride of business and he does his best with every piece he recieves. They do dry cleaning, alterations and oxygen cleaning for items that have a smell but can’t be typically dry or wet cleaned and probably more services that I haven’t used yet!. I was a bit nervous to get a dress altered as I had gained weight, when I went they were very kind and assured me they could alter the dress to fit me now. They are body positive, accommodating and very communicative. I am very happy with the service Wayne and his colleagues provide. Thank you Wayne.

I've been coming here for over a year for all my alteration needs. Hadi did an amazing job with an old pair of suit pants. Before I looked like I was entering the 2004 NBA draft and after I got them back, the look was much more modern and slim fitting. I needed some items cleaned on a rush in advance of a meeting and they ensured that everything got cleaned in time, and even opened early to allow me to pick my items up. Further, they were able to remove a stain that I was certain would be on one of my shirts for good. I am absolutely stunned! I am in love with the kindness and hospitality that is being provided at this amazing cleaners location! I had a wool sweater that was in pretty rough shape. It had a hole in the chest area and one of the arm sleeves was completely ripped open dog chewed it up. I went to a couple of tailors and similar servicing places but they a declined to work on the sweater as they claim that this material is not repairable! I was so sad because I love this sweater so much and they do not sell this style anymore! I recently moved to this area and decided to try this cleaner place which is down the street from where I live. The guy that helped us was very informative and best of all, he said it can be repaired! I got it back and it looks brand new! Can’t even tell where it was fixed up. Thank you again and I will definitely be coming here to fix or clean anything!
