They forgot to come and pick us up from the hotel until we called and they had to send a car. Then we sat around and waited for 45 minutes for no apparent reason and ended up leaving late for the tour. They did not add time to the tour - just rushed us at every stop. The stops would have been enjoyable but the guide (Jay I think) only gave us about 30 minutes at each place - so we never even got to eat lunch. Jay was very rude - providing no information on when we should try to eat or how long we would have at the winery. After the tasting (which was only two sips), he acted as though we were all late even though he never told us a time to meet back at the bus. He also provided little real knowledge about the history or facts about the falls or the area - he mainly resorted to jokes about people dying in the water which made everyone uncomfortable. By the end of it we were starving and annoyed but we got to see the falls which made it okay. I would suggest looking into other companies.

Tour aspect was overall good. Salim was a good guide however the pick up and drop off service was horrendously organised and the wine tasting was literally 2 sips. After being picked up from my place, I was told 10mins into the ride that the trip "wasnt profitable" and I'd be left at a Starbucks until the bus came to get me.... almost an hour and a half later. I chose to let this go as Salim put me in the front seat and was very hospitable. However, they then abused my lack of knowledge of the area, and my trust of Salim, to drop me off almost 20mins away from my place of residence under the guise it was "very close" and I'd be "home before anyone else". I had to pay for my own uber to my house which set me back almost $30... for something that was supposed to be a part of their service. This tour was a gift from my hosts here in Toronto and it was really disappointing and awkward to tell them how horrible an experience it was.

Had a wonderful day on our trip with Saleem; who was very friendly, informative and entertaining. He gave superb recommendations and advice on where to eat, and the service given was top notch. We received door to door professional service, and had only made the reservation late the night before, but was answered right away. Truly loved every minute spent on this tour.

Was a great day out! Great tour guide with Salim! Very engaging, and a very friendly, genuine person. Let down a little with the administration side and the people doing that which is why the 4 instead of 5.
