King's Wok

I have been patronizing this restraunt since it opened...get take out once a week for.my family. I am devastated at the rudeness I experience tonight..Ordered..was told 10 minutes, surprised I asked 10 minutes..was repeated 10 minutes. Arrived 26 minutes after I ordered.. Waited 15 minutes in lobby while staff member played a video game on his tablet at the cash counter ..never went to the kitchen once to check on my order...my kids came out of car and set off alarms..went out to check..so hungry we got fast food.. drove 23 miles home..only to receive call 53 minutes from when my first call was made to tell me my food was done..informed them I was not coming back....was told to never come back...stunned by this behaviour.

Friendly staff, very efficient, great food. It's mainly a buffet, but you can also order off a menu.

The staff are friendly but I would not recommend this restaurant. There is a small buffet selection and most foods with sauce are basically smothered in soy sauce. Even the sauce for the lo mein was just soy sauce. The inside of the restaurant is dark and in noticeable need of repairs as well.
