King's Transfer International

Had a poor experience with them as they quoted us a price (about 2000$) for packing and moving within city, but went way above the quote (3500$). They had sent a truck to do the move, at the same time as they sent the packer. So the movers had to wait half the day for stuff to be packed and we got charged for that time. The truck was too small, even though the moving company worker had come to our house months ago to make the estimate, so the movers had to do two trips and that also cost us more. We asked for some money back, and we got no answer for months until we threatened them to go to the better business bureau etc. Then we got some money back, but less than we thought they owed us given the mistakes they made and the wrong quote.
