Dr. Diba and team are wonderful! Our pup, Mozzie, has had quite the collection since we got him, respiratory infection, ear infection, eye infection, and more. Each time, they are quick to respond and help us out. With all of this, Mozzie LOVES going to the vet. We are there often and consider them family. The vet techs are wonderful and are best friends of Mozzies. He looks for Thalia, Liv, and Riley specifically and if we go in on a day when either of them aren't there, he will keep looking for them. The whole team is super professional, super knowledgeable, not pushy, and very easy going.nnTo give an example of how amazing Dr. Diba is, she was watching a clip of Mozzie on Instagram and wrote a note in his file to remind us to dry his ears off after he was playing in the snow so he wouldn't get an ear infection! The whole team treats Mozzie like their own. They continually go above and beyond for us and we are so appreciative! Thank you!
When we adopted our two cats over four years ago we started taking them to King's Ridge because they provide a fear free environment. Dr. Barb is thorough and follows up with a detailed email on significant visits. The staff are not only supportive and helpful they truly care about the well-being of my fur babies. I have recommended King's Ridge to my friends and family.
The best vet office I've ever had the pleasure of visiting! After switching here the compassion and care from the staff is clear. After putting the family dog down we received a card from the staff expressing their condolences. They're very gentle and patient with animals, and their kindness extends to us humans as well.
Dr Diba did a very thorough assessment of our new puppy Reggie. He is 11 weeks old and had a bad night. Itchy and scratchy. I called and got an appt. Same day. The staff are so great and patient and supportive. They took us in quickly and Dr. Diba was so supportive and taught us so much during our first visit. They gave us a good shampoo for him and he is much better. Thank you for all your help and making Reggie better Antoinette, Andreas and Reggie xo
One of the best pet hospitals ever. Dr. Arya is extremely knowledgeable, and the entire staff is amazing and friendly. Highly recommended.
