I've used King St Physio for their massage services. Great hours which is perfect for me to schedule after work. I've seen both Jenna and Karen and found them excellent. They ask what you need help with and really listen and work that area. Yes the massage room is small and lacks sound barrier so you can hear is going on throughout the location which is a downfall. Regardless, I'm a repeat customer!

I came here for a massage and I was very disappointed (I know right, how can someone be disappointed from a massage) . I paid $90 for a massage that should have been around $30. She did not listen after I told her I just wanted my neck and shoulders to be done and instead she did my whole body. She left my neck to the last 10-15 mins then ran out of time to do the left side of my neck. The room is separated from the other rooms with a fan door. You can hear absolutely everything in the other room which is doctors telling patients that "now I need to cut your toe nails", then you can literally hear the doctor cutting the patients toe nails. In attempt to drown out the noise of this the massage therapist keeps the music in her room loud, which at the end of it all I do not know what is worse. I will not be returning.
