The food and service were very good. We ordered dinner and combo appetizers and pork fried rice. We enjoyed our meals. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was pleasant and our waitress was very nice. We were very happy with our dining experience.Food: 5/5
Been ordering food from this place for over a year religiously. Today they charge me $13.50 for boneless spare ribs and give it to me in a tiny container way less than the pint size and their solution is to give me a credit for a soda or an egg roll. No thanks I just wont order from them again. Service and quality of food has completely deteriorated in the recent months
Found multiple Brillo pad / steel wool pieces throughout my singapore rice noodles. Called and I was told they would check the noodles and asked if I wanted them to “get me on the next one” lol no, there won’t be a next time.
I have given King Jade a handful of tries now over the past 5 years or so... each time it's been worse than before. Awful excuse for chinese food. You would be better off with the worst of the mall food court chinese... also very over priced for what they offer. Take your money to Cheng Kitchen in Uxbridge, more than decent food there and friendly staff.
$75 for 3 combination plates and that's fine, I'll throw in that 20% tip. However, I then receive my food see picture and notice that the chicken and mixed vegetables with a side of steamed white rice somehow turned into steamed white rice with a side of chicken and mixed vegetables...? Same with the beef and broccoli with 'a side of' fried rice. Not acceptable, do not recommend.
Don't order delivery. They charge you an 8 dollar fee and then place it as a delivery through door dash. I placed an order for 60$ and added a 20% tip but they only tipped my dasher 4.59. This is not only dishonest it should be illegal.
Place messes up orders regularly. You can give step by step instructions and they blatantly ignore them. And then they try to deny you your money back. Only giving the stars so people see this. Woman answered the phone put it on hold then came back pretending to be the manager.
Considering it was on New Years Eve, their service was very good. The system works. We like their food and always take out.Food: 5/5
Been ordering from King Jade for almost a year now and have been pleased with everything I've ordered. Food is always hot and fresh.
Been going here for years waitstaff is the very best, all the staff is very attentive. But most important is the food right? Can't be beat! Best Rangoon, best pan fried ravioli. And General Gow Chicken! As well as many other dishes. Love the hot and sour soup. Never disappointed . Almost forgot best Mai Tai anywhere!
