I actually love this place Came here for a date and once with family. The food is decently priced and has big portions and everyone there is so kind. Service is great. I love love love the food here, i wish it was closer so i could go more often. The people who drink here are all friendly and fun too
It’s a quirky and fun place. The vibe is different and it’s gives you pretty local customer and food kind of feeling. The food was nice and pretty decent portion! The staff were nice. It’s a cute spot for dates not the first one tho! Where we were seating was a bit challenging to sit straight!
Baked Mac and Cheese was okay. But the bbq ribs just tasted like ribs with ketchup on top. The steak and mushroom pie felt mushy and tasted undercooked. The pizza I'm convinced is microwave pizza it literally looks and tastes like microwave pizza. I'm only giving the place 3 stars because the staff was very kind and it probably leans more towards drinks than food.
We got Buffalo chicken sandwich + curry fries, beef dip sandwich + french onion soup. All of them was really good, and we were both impressed by the amount and quality of food! Curry fries's curry was better than many Indian places, and look at the amount of cheese they put on French onion soup haha. Will definitely return.
Went there on a quiet afternoon. Ordered the club sandwich. The white bread tasted and felt dry and stale, and the thin cheddar cheese inside it appeared to be the packaged kind from the grocery store wasn't too appetizing. The sandwich in general just didn't feel fresh. The "apple crumble" was a spongy mess of oats- I couldn't taste apple at all. Not sweet enough, as well. And the accompanying vanilla ice cream didn't taste as it should- like vanilla! Cutting corners on quality to keep the prices as unchanged as possible was my feeling here. I like this place, and the server was nice. And I know that eateries are struggling to recover economically from the pandemic. But maintaining quality has always been, and should continue to be, job one. This particular meal was sub par to me. I may return and try something else, to see if it's better.
Very Impressed!! Came to King Henry's in early summer with my mom and partner and dined at the restaurant. Everything was really great and the service was even better. Because my previous good experience I decided to order take-away through Skip The Dishes, and again was thoroughly impressed. My salad and wings were packed separately to keep everything at the right temp., and my order was ready when I got there. Everything was delicious and the jumbo wings sure are jumbo, not like what you get at the wing chains. And again, the service was attentive and kind. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you so much for the great lunch, I look forward to seeing you again!
Best pub food in Richmond Hill. We had the Curry rice and the Fish tacos. It was excellent, good portion and very tasty. The seating is a little bit tight and some waitresses are a bit loud and too eager, but this didn't diminish our food experience.

Best chicken wing place in Richmond Hill! The patio is spaceful and comfortable, and servers are nice. I always go here when I crave for a draft beer with chicken.
