It’s a great place to pick up my son, but I wish people knew how to park there. Instead of driving around the circle they pull up and stop and wait for somebody which stops the whole lineup of traffic for quite a time. This drives me nuts. I guess it’s no fault of the King George station, howeverit’s the experience.
Lots of good stores close by, Timmy's, A&W. All with terrible service, of course. There's a save-on-foods there, they are a great place for groceries, friendly staff and conversations in English.
The train schedule is fantastic with easy access to bus services. I do wish it could be cleaner, though. The stench is a turn-off.
Filthy, crowded and watch out for junkies and criminal elements and morons. Almost lost the laptop bag to a nifty lifter. Worst station to visit even on a holiday.
This is the city of the future. It's getting more and more like Shanghai, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Seoul!
