King Dental Centre

My wife and I have been coming here for a few years but honestly, they really don't do anything for us. Service is friendly (with attitude sometimes from Kelly) but unfortunately, the only time we actually hear from them or received anything is when it was time to go for an appointment. Little extras go a long way and unfortunately, this place comes up short. To compare, we still receive something as simple as a thank-you note or personalized birthday card from a dentist we've never even visited but were considering switching to. Even though I have full insurance coverage for dental (100%), on my last appointment I ended up paying for additions that they failed to verify on my dental plan prior to doing the work. We don't like surprises and you would figure if you're spending a couple of thousand dollars per year at a business, that they would do their due diligence in advance. Best thing about this place was our hygienist Helen.

They are great! And not because of my last name! The staff are really nice and Kelly is very accommodating with no attitude! She even volunteered to call me when my son, who is there on his own, is done ! Our family of 4 have been going there and to their previous location, near where we used to live, for a quarter of a century! We now drive from Yonge and Finch! They are worth it!
