Story

Kinetic Fitness started with the simple idea to provide an option for serious training to those in our community are seeking results and want to stay healthy. Our mission is to provide the best programs, staff, and environment for our clients to get life altering results and maintain them for life.

Kinetic Fitness is the anti-gym. We will be the area's first and only results focused training-centric gym. That means we don’t leave you to figure it out on your own or give you a hardcore one-size fits all philosophy. We want to get to know you personally, figure out your goals, understand why they are important to you, and then help you get there. We want you to be successful!
