I just called Kindersley Transport which used to be called Tiger back in the day. We haven't had the need for a shipping company for years and yet Michelle was able to look my company up, create a new account, and provide a quote for me a matter of minutes. Even though we have not shipped anything yet, I would like to thank Michelle and Kindersley for actually answering their phone and quickly providing helpful answers. In a world full of useless voicemail and being forever on hold, I say Well Done!
They are in a transportation building crosstalk which is really good move freight. The guys are very friendly. Management's really good that way too
These guys are BRUTAL. they literally DROPPED an engine, which was correctly packaged by a professional engine supplier, and smashed several parts, including the computer. Their response was basically "too bad so sad". If you ship with them, you better buy insurance because if they wreck your stuff, they will give you the shaft. A total joke.
We had some freight delivered to our company and when it arrived it was unloaded from the truck. The freight was on a pallet so the driver used a power tail gate to lower the product off the truck to complete the delivery. our staff signed for the product, and the tail gate service. What we did not at that time know was that the power tail gate service was more than half of the entire freight charge! No where on any documentation ,or the bill off lading did it ever show a charge for the tail gate service. All billing information that we could see when we were signing was for freight delivery and fuel surcharge, power tailgate box was marked with an " X " with no price point information !!Shippers and receivers Beware of this scam!!
This company is my go to for safe reliable fast transportation.. as being a major shipping and receiving center our selves. We need prompt fast organized delivery with open communications. This company provides us with all thats needed . Thank you kindersley we appreciate you
I don't want to give even one start. because its worst means worst service I ever had. please don't go through this company. they always cheating invoice on each and every pallet delivery. they cheating around $100 to $150. so please have a look always in your invoice. and customer service its worst. And they never listen what you saying even its100%true. so please I begging you guys don't choose this company. Even though they cheating on weight too. so please carefull.
As an ex employee this company was amazing to work for minus the few times that weren't so great but overall really good. To add the management sucks and the people doing in the offices have no idea how to run a warehouse dock and they have a 400% turnover rate the last 2 years
the shipping part of it far exceeded the greyhound, but the guys in the warehouse are very lazy everytime I am there I basically have to go in there office and tell one of the 5 guys this last time I need to pick up my package! so can I get some help.
On hold forever trying to get a pickup. That's ok, I will call someone else! Also their charges are insane and their sales rep, Severina, is hard to get a hold of and extremely ignorant and rude!
