Over the years I have become a regular client of Shaun Cameron who has always successfully treated my various injuries. He is extremely competent, professional and able to provide the right treatment for different conditions. I would rather not need to see him...., however it's reassuring to know that I can get his help when I need it. I have recommended his services to friends and family and they all thank me for that.

Ming is so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful always going above and beyond to listen and adjust plans for the best treatment. Whether it is utilizing diagrams or showing it first hand, his positive, informative, and professional energy make my sessions a delight and extremely beneficial! Jonathan is easily the best physio I've ever had. He's incredibly intelligent and cares deeply about his patients. I'll refer him and Kinatex as much business as possible for a long time to come.

This is the second time in two years that I have been well treated by Minh Tam Tran at the Kinatex clinic in downtown Montreal for physiotherapy after suffering torn rotator cuff tendons each time. The first time, in late 2020, the tear was complete but only involved one of the 4 tendons comprising the rotator cuff. That was the good news; the ‘bad’—that it would take a lot of time and perseverance to regain full strength and functional use of my arm again--was not so bad after all. I started working with Minh-Tam Tran on an exercise program designed to progressively strengthen the other muscles around the torn tendon and by April-May 2021 my right arm was 100% + back to normal! This time, however, after I dislocated my left shoulder by falling on a patch of ice this winter in March 2022, I now have three completely torn and irreparable tendons in my left arm, and non-invasive arthroscopic surgery to re-attach the tendons was therefore not an option. After an initial scan and an MRI at the hospital, the prognosis was uncertain, and Minh was concerned enough to refer me to Dr. Heron at the Kinatex clinic for further evaluation. With multiple tears, some of them chronic, and lots of muscular atrophy, Dr Heron still felt that, with a long-term program of physiotherapy over many more months not weeks concentrating on training and repurposing the deltoid muscle, I should optimistically be able to regain quite a lot of normal of usage in the arm. I am continuing to work with Minh in tandem with Dr. Heron, and after three months of steady physiotherapy with Minh, both he and Dr. Heron have noticed real progress. I have all the confidence in Minh’s patient, intuitive and sure guidance that I had the first time around. He knows what needs to be done; proceeds cautiously but steadily with the more advanced exercises to increase muscular strength; and pushes me to go that extra inch that he knows I can do. I have every expectation for an excellent recovery. Many thanks to all of you at Kinatex.

I have been doing all my treatments with Eric for over a year now. He is very professional, friendly and ethical. The girls at the front desk are always nice and helpful whenever I have questions.

I am not satisfied with their service, so I stopped. I went there for physiotherapy of my broken shoulder. Looks like the therapist are not professional. The session was 30 minutes which is about $100 and that's expensive enough. That's not the issue. The thing is, the therapist does not finish his previous patient and take the next. Instead, he just starts another patient without finishing the previous patient. So he does come and go, back and forth on both. It really shows unprofessional ism. People are paying the money for service. If they spend 5 to10 minutes for back and forth which it should not be.

Secretary is not doing her job. 2 in person visits, 2 emails, and 2 telephone messages and still no response to request. How does one stay in business with this kind of service??

I want to share my worst experience with staff.I went there with my baby.I am living alone with my baby in Montreal. I asked them to take care of my baby just for 5 10 min when i was doing treatment. During my treatment, my baby got injure on her face.It was really hard time for me. No doubt,after they called clinics and hospitals. But its useless.

Very frustrating. I was there for the first visit with the nutricionist, she was very friendly, but unfortunately I felt like I was stolen. Unless you don't have any idea how to do a basic research on google, it is not worth, you will leave from there without anything extra info to add in your lifestyle and less 120 dollars. It might be worth If you pay the extra service to have a eating plan, but after the first experience, I felt totally uncomfortable to bet for the extra visit. I definitely don't recommend 2 stars because the nutricionist is friendly and polite, otherwise it would be zero.
