Kim and Bill at Kimberly Jewelers provide phenomenal customer service! I just had them repair my mother's diamond ring and it looks like brand new! It only took a few days for the repair and it cost less than half of what was quoted at another local jeweler. I highly recommend them!

Horrible people. Brought my rolex in to get the bank take off. Lady says she will charge to take back off, I tried to explain the Rolex serial numbers and on the outside of the case, and the band just has to be taken off. She said she was the expert, and was it a real rolex anyway. I admit I was in my jeans, but what the heck. The man said he wouldn't try to fix it because the bands were a pain and often broke. Made me feel like trash. Went to Coughlin in St. Clair, they recognized the Rolex, knew where the serial numbers were, took the band off and back on for me and no charge. Kimberly should stick to Timex....they are hacks when it comes to Rolex.
