This will be the third time I've used Kim's services for buying and selling property in the Calgary area. Every time has been a breeze from the initial meeting, to the selling/buying of the property. A big thing advantage Kim offers is communication and advice. Regardless of the day or time, Kim is available to assist with any questions you may have or simply update you on what is going on. She is very professional and current. Small things like using online signing to avoid meetings and large amounts of paper work. Kim recently just sold a condo for me which was a little tricky from the get go with the current market conditions, and the fact that the condo building is self managed. Items such as document retrieval for the buyer was a bit of pain. Kim coordinated with the condo to get the necessary documents on my behalf, and even collected them in person on occasion just to ensure that we didn't lose the buyer for the property. She is awesome. HIGHLY recommend Kim to anyone seeking to purchase, or sell property. Thank you for all the work you've done for me Kim. See you on the next property!! Luke

Kim helped us purchase an investment property in Calgary recently. As out of province buyers, her service was invaluable. Kim demonstrated excellent local market knowledge, was efficient and professional throughout the entire process. We appreciated her patient and no-pressure approach also. Would not hesitate to recommend her service if you are looking to buy.

Choosing Kim as my realtor to help me buy my first home was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Kim is very professional, easy and fun to work with and she really understands the market in Calgary. One of my favorite things about working with Kim is that she made buying a house a learning experience because she took the time to explain everything to me. When we made my first offer on a house, she sat down with me and explained every single document I signed so it was crystal clear. She is very thorough, I never felt rushed and she made sure ALL my questions were answered. I never felt pressured into buying a home which is something I have expected a realtor to do. In fact, she would recommend against putting in offers and hold out for something better which I did and now I am in my new home and could not be happier! I always felt like she gave me honest advice and that I could completely trust her. She is someone who I would definitely use again when the time comes. If anyone is considering using Kim as their realtor, I highly recommend her!

Kim hands down is one of the most caring n honest Realtors I have met..always looked out for my family's intrest. Great moral values n honesty comes along way n is hard to find in a realtor these days...not with Kim! !
