Some ice-cream flavours were mind-blowing. Blueberry flavour was very tasty. Cherry flavor tasted like bubble gum but the fruit in it made it overall very good. Kilwin tracks is above average. For chocolates: Almond Toffee Crunch was very good! I won't buy Toasted Coconut Fudge or PB cup again, they were just okay.
Excellent! Clean area inside, had a scoop of their Traverse City Cherry which was delicious! Fast and friendly service!
Kilwins is always recommended but we stopped at alpine first & the customer service & gratitude was flowing which made me so happy to support local. We went to kilwins & no one even spoke to us we had to ask for help. Maybe a little more love for the customers that would want to support you.
All sorts of chocolates...rich.. Great place! This is one of my favorite dessert places. This was one of the best mouth-watering chews ....I've had grace my taste buds in a long time. I was happy to see how clean everything was. Overall experience: 5 stars.
Very good customer service and their caramel apples are the best
Today was my first visit. I was craving caramel apples and this was the closest place I could find them. $15 I got 2 apples to go. I get them home, open the package and BOTH APPLES ARE SOFT AND BROWN!!! Absolutely terrible!!!

The chocolate is fair trade. All the candies are delicious. I went for ice cream and it was hands down the best chocolate ice cream I ever had. It's worth the trip.
