Kidnetix Edu-Play Centre

We were there in a Saturday from 10:30-12:30 and had the whole place pretty much to ourselves. Otherwise, place was clean and spacious. Play structures mostly cater to toddlers than older children.

I absolutely love this place for so many reasons. The number one reason and the most important is my children always enjoy themselves consistently at this place. From drop in play to parties to Easter egg hunts. The friends and family we invite enjoy themselves. It feels my heart to see the look of happiness on their little faces from all the fun they are having and always sad faces when it is time to leave. Second reason is the atmosphere. Every inch of this place looks and feels like a place for children not to mention how clean it is. It shows that they take pride in ensuring a safe, clean and fun environment for our children. I would like to say to the owner of Kidnetix I appreciate you for creating such an amazing space for children to explore, be adventurous and have loads of fun. A place where parents can feel comfortable knowing their children are safe and having the time of their lives. Thank you for having the creativity, passion, courage and love for making a space where a kid can be a kid. You rock.

My 20 month old LOVES it here. Our first visit was for a birthday party, we had a hard time getting her to leave. Since then we come once or twice a month. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. We will be celebrating birthday #2 here for sure! I like that they have a private room for parties.

Cool spot for kids... reasonable price... lots of educational games to buy on the way out

Excellent place for kids of all ages! I have a 2 & 8 year old, we had both of their birthday parties in the private room. Loved that they had access to the other playground. Our friends and family loved it & the adults had a great time in the arcade area. We come back regularly to play!

Great time! My party was amazing!!! I am so glad i choose this place . After reading a review i was a bit hesitant so I brought my son in a couple times to play before booking. As the saying goes you can't knock something until you try it. The staff were knowledgable and friendly from the moment I booked the party. She helped me pick which party package was best for my budget. When I arrived the girl helped my set up my balloons and centre pieces on my table. One thing i wasn't crazy about was that I couldn't burst my pinata, some safety rule... : so I put it on the table as decoration. My guest had a great time playing between the 2 playgrounds. There was a good mix of activities for all ages even the adults had fun with the arcade games. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was one other party going on during ours that had some rude kids throwing balls at my guests and their parents just sat there and said nothing. otherwise it was a great experience and I'm totally satisfied. I'll be back for sure

I have had the experience of hosting 3 birthday parties here for my daughter. The service was awesome each and every time. We hosted my daughter's first birthday party and kept coming back every year. We've held her birthday party at both locations. Brampton and Toronto. We alternated locations each year. The staff made the process so easy for me. All I had to do was show up. The place was decorated beautifully, the loot bags were all done and most importantly the kids had a blast. If you are looking for a venue that takes care of all the details and the stress, then this is the place to be! Thanks again Kidnetix and we look forward to seeing you again this year!!!

I recently had my daughter's 3rd birthday celebration here and was so incredibly impressed with the care, help, politeness, customer service and attentiveness of the staff Yasmina and Tenisha are amazing. We left our balloons the night before the party at the venue to find out that they deflated the day of the party and they helped us blow them up with helium and they had some extra balloons they gave us thank goodness. They reminded us to put our cake in the fridge too! They also helped transport our boxes of decor and food to the room and even helped us set up the room. They watched over our daughter too for a bit as we set up. I had to organize my cupcakes on a tray and they asked if I needed help. They regularly checked in on us at the party and even though we went half hour over, they were firm but so very kind about it and understanding. We only had 15minutes to set up for our party of 40 and they helped ease a lot of our stress as we rushed to get things set up. The place is very clean and the pizza we ordered from them was amazing. They also allowed our guests to use the entire public play area outside our room as well. The public play area is pretty nice I have to say! Our private room was pretty amazing too - large tables,lots of chairs, bouncy castle, play house, slides etc. We also love that theres a cute gift shop as you enter the venue. Really great place. I will come back here for sure. They also have their own parking lot- bonus!! I spoke to the owner Kai to give our feedback and she was really nice.

Many Little problems, needs more balls in the ball pit, better Air freshener around the washrooms. But my son absolutely loves it. The staff is very friendly. And from what I see every kid there's having a great time. We recommend it and we will be back.

Amazing birthday party experience! We really enjoyed our time at Kidnetix. The staff was very courteous, our guest enjoyed themselves and the kids had a really good time. It wasn't over crowded and the space was clean. We will definitely be back.
