It's unfortunate that they don't keep it clean cause it has potential. It was sufficient enough for us as we have a 18 month toodler and there's a baby section with a ballpark and little slides. Otherwise the rest if for bigger kids, it has big tunnel slides but not open slides so that's a big scary for parents. It's definitely cheaper than Aerosports Brampton but I wouldn't go here again unfortunately as the place is not clean for kids.
This play place is bigger than most play places if not all in Brampton, yet it's the least expensive. It's like half the price of all the other play places and that's why I tell my kids the other places are closed so that we can go to this one.
90% of the games are out of order. place is big and good for small kids. but I would not recommend for children 2 years plus.
Place is a dump. They don't seem to clean the place and half the machines are broken. Lighting is terrible. Tried it once and won't be going back. Better off spending more money at a better indoor playground or just going to the park and spending nothing.
Place is lots of fun for its price and the employees are very nice
I like this place and the same time i don't. Its not really supervised by the owners, meaning the big kids are jumping and throwing toys around where the toddlers are supposed to have their safe spot to play. The other thing I don't like its that, the place isn't clean. As soon you get into the balls pit you can feel the dirt and i leave with rashes as well as my daughter because of the dust. The washrooms are not kept clean. Like I said, its not supervised at all. The arcade area yea its fun, you get tickets. Its nice cuz you can even have fun with your kids. The entry is cheap. I like the price. But to be my favorite place for my daughter to go play. Not that much. Because of those 2 issues. Not cleaned and not supervised
Washrooms are always clean. Big place for kids and toddlers to play in. Lots of tables and chairs for parents/guardians to sit while watching the kids. The redeemable prizes are unique and reasonable amount of tickets per item. The crew are always polite and welcoming. Only $5 per child entrance fee , adults are free. Quite a deal!
This is one of the worst kid places ever! The other reviews must be from people they know if they are remotely positive. I had my daughter’s birthday party there on Saturday. Half way through the party, the managers sent their staff member to collect the money owed. I told him that I was in the middle of eating and about to cut the cake so it wasn’t a good time. He kept returning every 5-10 mins. After cake, my husband went to pay. Then they still continued to harass and follow me around everywhere for an additional $6 as one of the kids arrived late. To make matters worse, the kid was 16 which it used to be that they didn’t charge for 16 year olds but now changed their policy to charge up to 19! Worst experience ever! The Chinese lady is one of the biggest bit&hes I’ve ever had to deal with. Oh and half their machines and arcades are broken! I DO NOT encourage anyone to have a birthday party here!
Very mixed feelings for this place. It's not expensive to get in and the place is huge so that's 2 stars. Now the rest: It is not clean at all, I don't think any thing has been cleaned there in weeks. I don't expect things to be perfect but some areas were dark poor lighting, some older kids were not being supervised and were very aggresive which wasn't safe for my 3 year old. The toddler area was dirty but safer for her to play in because the mall lighting was getting in. Staff was not friendly, when we were walking in the worker there just held her hand out for payment, I asked her how much and her reply was "cash only". All staff were also wearing surgical gloves....which means they know it's a dirty place. If you have a group of older kids then it's ok, but if you have one small child...make the drive to somewhere else.
Loved going here, but sometimes a few machine wouldn't work and I once won a jackpot until there were no more tickets left in the machine. Overall, better than playdium!
