They protected our home very well, were a very professional and fun/happy crew and cleaned up so well afterwards that it didn't even look like they were here. So impressed! I had many conversations with Bob about my issues. I found him very professional, approachable and practical. He listened to me, provided his input and was always willing to answer my many questions. We ultimately did not replace the pipes as we were able to find an insurer who is willing to insure the risk. If I decide to replace the pipes down the road, the only company I will contact and use is Ki-Fix. They are very professional and act with integrity and care.

He went out of his way to help us confirm Kitec plumbing during a recent purchase and assisted us in getting all the necessary proof to back up our claims. When we were met with further resistance from the seller, Bob used his extensive network and good will to connect us directly to the manufacturer and expert to confirm. All of this was done without any expectations of payment or strings attached. He did it because he cared. I have since been referring him to my network and will definitely trust him to work on our Kitec issues in the future.

We contracted Ki-Fix Repiping Solutions to replace the faulty plumbing within our condo . I must say they made a bad situation very smooth. They were very professional , every step of the way. They didn't ask for a deposit, which showed us they were confident in their work. They job was done in the time promised and our condo was clean. Lisa called once the job was completed to ask if we were satisfied. I would definitely recommend them.

It has been 6 weeks since the job was completed and I still haven't received the engineering report that was included in the scope of what I paid for, despite constant requests and follow up. While the booking process was easy and the work was done on-schedule, the attention to detail was lacking they missed a few things when cleaning up, and the new hot and cold water pipes in my kitchen were installed in reverse and still have not been corrected. Overall the quality of work is good but I would recommend withholding part of the final installment until you get your report - I wish I had done so as I'm still waiting on mine.

I contracted Bob Clarke and ki-fix to replace the kitec plumbing in my condo unit before I move in. I signed an agreement and sent him $2500 as a deposit requested by Bob. This was on Jan 21st and since that day I have called 7 times and emailed multiple times to ask for the paperwork needed for management approval. He has ignored all of them and it has now been more then a week since the agreed upon start date. I'm not sure if this is a legitimate business anymore or that he is just very unprofessional.
