Delicious KFC as always in a central easy access location. It’s not a dine in place so you have to order to take away. But it was tasty regardless of that. Also I did order 1x large gravy and 1x large beans and got 2 x large gravy so that was a bit annoying. But staff are friendly and was very quick!
Every now and then I get a takeaway of the original chicken on the bone, I only ever get chicken on the bone because it doesn't dry out like chicken that's not on the bone and every time it's been great, service is great too, don't have to wait that long. There is parking outside, not much so its luck really unless your on a moped like me. Parking: Parking is adjacent but not many spaces, about five.
No complaints here, always fast service, appears clean, just didn't see wrap of the day?? Or I'm blind . Food good is just too salty for me and finally fries skinless, yes!Food: 4/5
staffs ignore the customers waiting in the counter. They are busy on preparing the orders received from the self-order system. Hence people arrive early and wait at the counter have to wait much longer as staffs will prepare meals for those people who arrive late and order from the self-order machineFood: 1/5
Chicken was nice, but chips were very soggy and greasy, to the point they melted a hole through their paper bag. Also they sent us coleslaw instead of salads. It's alright if you just want chicken and nothing else.Food: 4/5
Hit and miss last wk it was great the boneless banquet delivered at a cost £31. but this wk we got boned chicken cold and so greasy that i never ordered. I ordered boneless again. Tried to phone the mobile number that droped our delivery no reply. Tried calling kfc blossom street york they never answerd the phone i tried for over an hr very frustrating and ruined our easter treat
We ordered family feast, only leg pieces of which some were burned!
Was hoping too sit it but it's a take out only but we sat in car and ate food which was delicious best iv had from kfc for ages. Staff nice. Shop was clean
Good KFC a cut above the usual standard in terms of service and quality of food prepared. Quite a small place so limited seating for eating in. N.B. No toilets for customers available. Friendly, efficient staff. Recommended.Food: 4/5
This was very my very first delivery, which was really awful. KFC app showed 20-30 mins, then it showed out for delivery, after 1 hour. Nothing happened. I had to personally go down there in the strong wind to ask what’s going on. Deliveroo is the worst, called multiple times no one answering. The staff members were very understanding and apologetic. The male manager was very rude, not even once said he was sorry for the negative experience I encountered. He said the app was wrong, they were very busy, it took 1-2 hours for delivery, yet he told me the food was certainly picked up, which was a bit contradictory. For the sake of “not having another argument” his exact words, he showed mercy to me and offered me free food like I’m some sort of beggars. And mentioned I could get double orders no I didn’t and emphasized he would never do it again. During my time in KFC, other staff members were very polite and friendly and understanding, but not the male manager, not sure how he got promoted with that rude attitude and poor customer service and that low level of empathy. Basically I paid for delivery and service fees, I had to go down to the restaurant in person and be treated like a beggar. Please promote the right people as some do not deserve it. Probably won’t go with delivery ever again.
